It's not a problem. I don't HAVE to stop at every thrift store that I pass. I'm not inexplicably pulled into every antique shop in town. I don't commit driving violations when I realize that there is an estate sale in the house that I just drove by. I don't plan vacations to visit family and friends AROUND antique shows(Round Top, Liberty and Ann Arbor)! Really, I could stop if I wanted to - but who would want to? I LOVE the treasure hunt. Here are some of my latest finds that bring me much more joy than they should!
This is the prettiest old English tin.
A sweet pincushion...
A bunch of seam binding and cake decorations...
And, my favorite, a reproduction French Provincial coffee table! It was only $10! I can't wait to clean it up a bit - it will be perfect on my screened porch...
I also have really gotten lucky and found lots of linens lately - mostly vintage and some Shabby Chic. I will post those another day.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for all the kind comments. They really mean the world to me and I appreciate each one more than you know!
Um......I love all of your finds.... You have to become a professional thrift store shopper. You can find amazing stuff anywhere.

You must have great thrift shops. Sheesh...can't find much of anything where I live. Have to travel 25-40 minutes to find the good ones. I have your exact english tin sitting here on my desk. Love it!
